Sathish Subramanian

Sathish Subramanian is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in talent acquisition and HR management. Currently serving as Recruitment Manager at Sify Technologies Limited since October 2024, Sathish previously held the position of Senior Recruitment Specialist at Benison Technologies from December 2021 to January 2025. Prior to that, Sathish was the Talent Acquisition Lead at ALTEN Calsoft Labs for nearly eleven years, focusing on end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of technologies. Additional experience includes roles as Team Leader at Infotech Explorer India Private Limited and HR Recruiter at Zeetaa Business Solutions, among others. Sathish holds an M.A. in Social Work with a focus on Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Madras Christian College and a Bachelor's Degree in Labour Management from the University of Madras.
