Marcus Böker

Managing Director of the corporate venture capital company – Phoenix Contact Innovation Ventures GmbH. As part of this position, he pursues a strategy of investing in startups in the field of electrical connectivity, industrial digitalization, automation and control technology and the associated markets in order to realize synergies between startups and Phoenix Contact. As trained financial economist and accountant as well as holder of a Master of Laws, he now draws on more than 20 years of experience in the M&A and CVC activities. Marcus Böker started his career in this field as Manager Corporate Development and M&A at EON and as Manager Corporate Development, M&A and PMI at a subsidiary of Salzgitter AG.
