Ilanit Shtrouchler is an experienced HR executive with a strong background in supporting high-growth companies across various sectors, including medical devices and SaaS. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Sight Diagnostics since January 2023, Ilanit specializes in organizational design, talent management, and HR infrastructure development. Prior roles include VP HR at EverC, VP Global HR at Cellebrite, and Senior Director at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where Ilanit led significant HR initiatives, including M&A processes, IPO preparations, and the implementation of hybrid work models. Ilanit holds an M.A. in Human Resources and a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from Tel Aviv University.

Our analyzers create a digital version of your blood, by capturing 1,000 highly detailed images of a finger prick sample, which is then interpreted by our proprietary algorithms. Sight’s first product was focused on detecting Malaria, used in 24 countries, and has delivered almost 1 million tests to date.
