Manny Bernabe, Jr. serves as the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer for Sightview Software, LLC since April 2022, where notable achievements include guiding the company out of challenges. Previously, Manny held multiple leadership roles at Eye Care Leaders Portfolio Holdings, managing significant legal settlements and investigations. As the Owner of the Law Offices of EG Bernabe, Jr. since 1998, Manny has provided strategic legal counsel to healthcare organizations on acquisitions and compliance, demonstrating expertise in regulatory matters. Additionally, Manny's leadership experience includes serving as CEO of Continuum Health Systems and C-Solar Energy, focusing on financing and operational improvements for skilled nursing facilities. Manny co-founded Synergy Medical Management Systems, enhancing post-acute care processes, and gained foundational experience as In-House General Counsel for Pleasant Care Corporation, orchestrating risk management and compliance programs. Manny holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California and Southwestern Law School, respectively.
