Lish Barber

Lish Barber is a seasoned professional in sales and revenue enablement, currently serving as the Senior Director of Enablement at Sigma Computing since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Lattice as Director of GTM Enablement and at Algolia, where Lish was pivotal in building the first Enablement team that significantly increased revenue from 40M+ to 100M+ ARR, while also implementing innovative training programs and methodologies. Lish's background also encompasses a decade-long tenure at iHeartMedia, where various leadership roles focused on sales operations and training across numerous markets, driving substantial revenue growth. Earlier, Lish served in the Royal New Zealand Navy as a Combat Specialist and holds degrees from The University of Auckland and Media Design School. Membership in the Sales Enablement Society further highlights a commitment to professional development in the field.
