Olha Paramonova

Olha Paramonova is an experienced professional in the AdTech sector, currently serving as the Founder of AdTech Academy and VP of AdTech at Sigma Software Group since July 2010. With a strong focus on educational programs and team development, Olha leads initiatives in courses development, mentoring, and business strategy execution. Previous roles include Proposal Group Lead and various managerial positions, where Olha honed skills in account management, project management, and business process coordination. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Program Coordinator at GlobalLogic Ltd. and Program Coordinator at Validio Ukraine. Olha holds a Master's degree in International Economics from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics.
