Joel Steele is a seasoned professional in the field of space operations and business intelligence, currently serving as a Space Operations Analyst at Sigmatech since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Business Specialist and Senior Counterspace Operations Specialist at Delta Solutions and Strategies from November 2019 to March 2024, as well as serving in the US Air Force Reserve as Chief of Training, Intelligence from October 2020 to November 2023. Joel's military background includes serving as Flight Lead for Wing Intelligence in the United States Air Force from May 2013 to May 2019. Additionally, Joel co-owned Adams Balloons from 2009 to 2019. Joel holds a Master of Science in Applied Intelligence from Georgetown University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Business Intelligence at Marymount University, with prior undergraduate education in Political Science and Government from Arizona State University.
