Arpita Mandal currently holds the position of Associate Lead TA-Data Science and Analytics at Sigmoid since February 2021, focusing on senior and leadership roles within the Data Science and Data Analytics teams. Prior experience includes serving as Senior TA for Data Science and Analytics at Sigmoid, a Senior Recruiter at Anheuser-Busch InBev, and HR Specialist for ICD Security Solutions, among other roles in talent acquisition and HR. Arpita Mandal holds an MBA with a focus on HR and Marketing from Goenka College of Commerce & Business Administration, a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering, and a Diploma in Computer Science and Technology. Currently, Arpita Mandal is pursuing further education at the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak.
