Lekha Palakkot

Lekha Palakkot is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Global Head of Learning and Development at Sigmoid since May 2025. Prior to this role, Lekha held various director-level positions at Brillio technologies and Brillio, focusing on learning and development initiatives. With a background that includes leadership roles at Finastra, Unisys India, and Tesco HSC, Lekha has successfully managed training delivery and designed impactful training programs and competency frameworks. Lekha began the career as a Learning and Development Specialist at ACS - A Xerox Company after earning a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Mercy College, Palakkad.
