Currently serving as Partner and Vice President of Client Services at Signal since May 2005, Phil emphasizes the importance of delivering Exceptional Experiences to foster trust and loyalty. Prior to this, Phil held the position of Director of Account Services at Signal, focusing on aligning client needs with strategic resources. Phil's career began in production and sales within the printing industry from 1981 to 2000, followed by independent production management for various agencies and corporations from 2000 to 2005. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Lynchburg, earned between 1981 and 1984.
