Stephen Young

Stephen Young is a highly skilled software engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer II at Signal AI since January 2022, Stephen previously held the position of Senior Systems Engineer at StatsBomb, where a team was led in designing and implementing a live football data collection system capable of processing thousands of events per minute. Prior to that, Stephen worked as a Senior Software Engineer at EVRYTHNG, overseeing the development of several business applications. Earlier roles include software engineering positions at Axisto Media, LBi, global3digital, and web development at Bright Sites Consulting. Stephen holds a BA in History and Politics from The University of Sheffield, obtained between 2004 and 2007, and attended Davenant Foundation School from 1996 to 2003.
