Brian Acton

Interim CEO at Signal

Brian Acton is the interim CEO of Signal. Brian was previously a vice president of engineering at Yahoo from January 2003 to October 2007, where they led the Advertiser and Publisher Applications Group. Brian also worked as a director of engineering at Yahoo Shopping from January 1996 to December 2002, and was responsible for engineering, quality assurance, and operations for Yahoo Shopping. Brian has also worked as a QA engineer at Adobe and a software engineer at Apple Computer.

Brian Acton has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Masters in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania. Brian also spent time as a non-degree seeking student in engineering at the University of Central Florida.
