Carter Parker is an experienced production artist with a strong background in graphic design and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Since February 2014, Carter has worked at Signal Theory Inc., progressing from Assistant Production Artist to Production Artist, collaborating closely with various teams and notable clients such as UMB and Sprint. Prior experience includes roles as a Studio Artist at Barkley, where Carter adapted and prepared artwork for print under tight deadlines, and as a Seasonal Graphics Assistant at TradeNet Publishing, focusing on quality control of clients’ artwork. Earlier experience includes positions at The Maneater, where Carter designed and corrected pages for a weekly publication, and at Liberty Public Schools, providing technical support.

Signal Theory is a brand development, marketing and design firm with offices in Kansas City and Wichita.
