Max Sundström has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Max started their career at Permobil as a Summer Worker in 2012, where they gained experience in analyzing defective parts of electric wheelchairs. Max returned to Permobil as a Summer Worker in 2014 and 2015, continuing their role in analyzing defective parts and determining the origin of malfunctions.

In 2016, Max moved to Autoliv as a Test and Analysis Engineer, where they focused on analyzing and testing parts of automotive products. Max then joined Veoneer in 2018 as an Analysis Engineer, before being promoted to the role of Product Maintenance Engineer, Change Leader. In this role, they led cross-functional teams in implementing changes to vision systems in serial production and performed software development and testing tasks.

Max's next role at Veoneer was as a Project Manager, where they planned, led, and monitored risks and issues for assigned projects. Max also took responsibility for customer communication regarding engineering tasks and played a crucial role in maintaining or improving profitability on projects.

Currently, Max is working at Signality as a Customer Success Manager. Max leads the Customer Success team, ensuring product quality, customer satisfaction, and managing key accounts. Max also takes an active role in business development projects and leads the team's operations.

Throughout their career, Max has demonstrated a strong focus on quality assurance, teamwork, customer communication, and project management.

Max Sundström completed their Master of Science in Engineering Physics at Uppsala University from 2010 to 2016. In 2016, they pursued a Master's degree project in Hydraulic Engineering at Tsinghua University. Max also holds a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance, although the specific date of attainment is unknown.
