Philip Broome is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in application development and embedded systems. Serving as Principal Engineer at Signalscape, Inc. since May 2000, Philip specializes in C, C++, Java, and Python development, as well as wireless embedded systems. Prior roles include Senior Engineer at Sparta, Inc., focusing on embedded systems and FPGA design, and Staff Engineer at Ericsson Enterprise Networks, where digital design and ASIC verification were key responsibilities. Earlier career stages included hardware and software development for cellular geolocation systems at Engineering Research Associates. Philip holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
