Tom Dudley serves as the Head of Hospitality & Events at Signature Brew since February 2021. Prior to this role, Tom held various General Manager positions at Mitchells & Butlers PLC from January 2013 to February 2021, overseeing All Bar One Leicester Square, The Albany in Great Portland Street, Radicals & Victuallers in Islington, and The Island Queen also in Islington. Tom Dudley earned a Bachelor's degree in English and Sport Science from Loughborough University, completing studies in July 2007.
