Tim Lehner

Tim Lehner serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Signature HealthCARE since January 2025. Previously, Tim held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Consulate Health Care from May 2024 to December 2024, and served as an Executive at Synergy HCS from December 2021 to June 2024. Tim has extensive experience in operations management, having served as the Chief Operating Officer at Consulate Health Care from June 2020 to November 2021 and at S & F Health Management from January 2015 to March 2020. Additionally, Tim was the Vice President of Development at Avamere Health Services from October 2006 to January 2015, focusing on the purchase or development of healthcare businesses and new programs. Tim also served as Chairman of the Washington Health Care Association from May 2009 to May 2011. Educational background includes studies at Portland State University.
