Gavin Laird

Gavin Laird has extensive experience in account management and customer service within the financial and insurance sectors. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Signature Living Property Investments since February 2016, Gavin contributes to a team with over 250 years of combined experience in delivering value to stakeholders. Prior to this role, Gavin worked at Barclaycard as a Repayment Customer Service Advisor, focusing on negotiating repayment terms and resolving customer complaints. Gavin also held positions as an Assistant Care Underwriter at Aldium Insurance Services Ltd and a Household Underwriter at RSA, where responsibilities included risk assessment, customer service, and business retention. Education was completed at Archbishop Beck from 1990 to 1995.
