Matt Leshy

Matt Leshy serves as the Chief Commercial Healthcare Officer at Signature Performance, Inc. since February 2025, focusing on enhancing healthcare delivery through revenue cycle and IT solutions. Prior to this role, Matt held significant positions at Guidehouse, including Senior Vice President of Growth, Analytics and Solutions, and at FTI Consulting as Managing Director, where Matt led healthcare IT enablement efforts. With experience dating back to 2005, Matt has also contributed to the success of organizations such as PwC and CSC, improving revenue cycle operations and implementing transformational technologies. Matt holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Xavier University and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Miami University.
