Abe Melamed is a seasoned mediator and employment counsel with extensive experience in various legal areas, including employment law, mediation, and corporate litigation. Currently serving as a mediator at Signature Resolution and an adjunct professor at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, Abe has previously mediated cases across multiple states and advised large corporations on employment practices. As the former managing partner of the Los Angeles office of Derek Smith Law Group, Abe managed litigation related to employment discrimination. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Touro University, along with specialized training in mediation and conflict management.
