Jorge Acevedo

Jorge Acevedo is a seasoned professional in the performing arts sector, currently serving as the Casting Director and Manager of Artistic Programs at Signature Theatre since January 2018, after previously holding the role of Casting & Executive Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as the Executive Assistant to both the Managing Director and Artistic Director at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, alongside roles like Artistic Planning Assistant and Dance Programming Intern, where significant contributions to programming and artist management were made. Other notable experiences include a General Management internship at New York City Center, an Administrative internship at The Foundry Theatre, and various positions in customer service and hospitality. Jorge Acevedo holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration from Wagner College, completed in 2016.
