Lisa Laich is Chief Marketing Officer, collaborating with Signet’s consumer brands to develop creative content and storytelling that drives consideration and loyalty while delivering the benefits of scale. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Global Marketing at Crocs, where she oversaw digital and brand marketing for Crocs and HEYDUDE. Her efforts were focused on elevating brand awareness, consideration, and relevance through innovative social media, influencer partnerships, and brand media playbooks.
Previously, Laich served as Chief Marketing Officer at The Rockport Company, where she was brought on to redefine the brand’s strategy and focused on identifying new consumer and product targets to drive growth. Laich brings robust foundational training in brand and marketing strategy for leading CPG brands such as Fage, WellPet, Ocean Spray, and Gillette. She holds her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Wharton School.
