Jad Abdul Rahim

As Vice President of Technical Services, Jad Abdul Rahim is responsible for leading Signiant’s integrated technical support, professional services and customer onboarding efforts into one cohesive unit laser-focused on customer experience, adoption and success.

Joining Signiant in 2008 as a 3rd level technical support engineer, Jad became instrumental in building and transforming the Signiant Technical Services team from the company’s early on-premises solutions to its pioneering SaaS business model with phenomenal success. Under his guidance, Signiant maintains an outstanding net promoter score and industry-leading customer loyalty. Over his 20-year career, Jad has acquired deep insight into the technical operations industry supporting major world sporting events including FIFA World Cup, the Olympic Games, the Super Bowl and more.

Prior to joining Signiant, Jad held Technical Support Specialist and Team Manager roles at Klocwork and SITEL respectively. Both companies are located in Ottawa. Jad earned his Bachelors of Science degree with Honors in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa.
