Aeneas Fletterman

Aeneas Fletterman is a seasoned design operations professional with extensive experience in the lighting industry. Currently serving as Design Operations Manager at Signify since May 2018, Aeneas has held several key roles at Philips Lighting, including Design Operations Lead and Senior Project Manager Design. Previous positions include Senior Project Manager Lighting at Philips and Project Manager at TNO Science and Industry. Aeneas began a career in project management at IBM with a focus on innovation ecosystems during a thesis project. Aeneas holds a Master’s degree in Management of Technology from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Product Design from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
