Edgar Huisman

Edgar Huisman is an experienced HR and Workday Subject Matter Expert currently working at Signify since May 2018. Huisman leads the deployment of Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies across the global IT function and has developed a long-term Lean roadmap aligned with Signify's business and IT digital strategy. As an Agile Transformation Coach, Huisman supports the IT function in adopting Agile practices. Prior experience includes roles as an IT Business Analyst and Lean Champion at Philips Lighting, where responsibilities involved the extension of Workday HCM and application architecture. Earlier roles at Philips and Atos Origin included significant contributions as a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager.
