Mairead MacLure

Mairead MacLure is an experienced professional in the field of rewards and compensation, currently serving as the Global Head of Rewards at Signify since August 2020. Prior to this role, Mairead held various leadership positions at TomTom from January 2013 to August 2020, including VP Reward & HR Technology and Global Compensation & Benefits Director, where responsibilities included global policy design and execution in 36 countries. Previous experience includes significant roles at Dell, where Mairead was the EMEA Compensation Lead and Compensation & Benefits Manager, as well as a Compensation & Benefits Consultant at Dell Canada and as a Rewards Consultant at Towers Perrin. Mairead holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and an Honours BA in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
