John Pyle

John Pyle is a data scientist and software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently employed at Signifyd since January 2015. Prior to this role, John worked at Amazon from April 2010 to January 2015 as a software engineer. John’s career also includes significant engineering positions at the Applied Physics Laboratory at the University, On Time Systems, Inc, Forecast Systems Laboratory, National Snow and Ice Data Center, and Wall Street On Demand, Inc, where John contributed to advanced software development projects including actuator control software for underwater autonomous vehicles, schedule optimization tools, and meteorological data applications. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in the Plan II Honors Program with a focus on Computer Science and Geography from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 1998.
