Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for Enterprise at Signifyd since January 2021, Kat transitioned through various roles in the organization, showcasing a strong trajectory in managing customer success initiatives. Prior experience includes significant roles at Disciple Media, where Kat was the Head of Customer Success and managed partnerships with high-profile clients, and Vector Management, serving as Artist Liaison Manager. Kat's career began with positions in operational and administrative support within the music industry and culminated in a Master's degree in International Relations from London Metropolitan University.
