Additionally, as a Workday Talent Consultant, Shannon implemented Workday Talent solutions for more than 160,000 employees, optimizing systems for performance management and succession planning. Shannon also contributed to leadership development as a Leadership Development Specialist, facilitating executive programs that transformed 320 senior leaders. Shannon holds an MBA from Walsh College and a BA in Finance from Michigan State University.
