Tomasz Grygoruk

Tomasz Grygoruk is an experienced Scrum Master and Agile Coach currently serving at T-Mobile Polska and Sii Poland, where responsibilities include advancing team agility and implementing Agile best practices. With a robust background in project and product management, Tomasz has held various roles including Co-Owner at The Agile Bridge and Event Coordinator for the Agile/Scrum Community. Previous positions include Scrum Master roles at Avenga and Britenet, along with experience as a Product Owner at C&S Software and Project Manager at Elastic Cloud Solutions. Tomasz possesses a solid foundation in software engineering, having developed ERP systems and managed software implementations since 2006, and holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Bialystok University of Technology.
