James Gerald, Jr. has extensive experience in event management and database administration, currently serving as the Registration Services Manager at SIIA since April 2006, where responsibilities include managing attendee registration and providing on-site support for events. Previously, James held the position of Database Integrity Manager, focusing on maintaining the Association’s membership databases and assisting with CRM-related queries. James also worked as an Event Registrar, overseeing attendee management and communication for successful meetings and events. Earlier roles include Meetings Administrative Coordinator at AAO-HNSF and Web Administrator, Marketing and Communications at the Maryland Association of Nonprofit Organizations. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management Systems from Duquesne University.
