Erin Berg is an accomplished project manager and founder with extensive experience in business process implementation and marketing strategy across various industries. Currently, Erin serves as a Project Manager at Sikich, where leadership in implementing technologies like Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations drives successful client outcomes. As the founder of Berg Consulting Group, LLC, Erin led the implementation of an ERP system for a pharmaceutical company that became a key manufacturer for COVID-19 vaccines. Previous roles include Category Director at Red Robin, managing a national sales and marketing team, and Brand Director for RE/MAX, overseeing brand marketing for a global real estate franchise.
