Vicky Froderman

Vicky Froderman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce risk management and marketing communications. Currently serving as Senior Director of Workforce Risk Management at Sikich since July 2021, Froderman previously held leadership roles at Jensen Hughes as Team Lead in Security Risk Consulting and at Hillard Heintze as Vice President of Communications. Froderman's career began with a significant tenure as Principal at Outsource Your Creative Team, overseeing diverse marketing projects and client relationships. Additionally, Froderman worked as a Marketing Communications Manager at Cahners Publishing Company, managing sales tools for numerous publications. Educational credentials include a Master’s of Management in Marketing and Organization Behavior from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology with a Business Minor from the University of Denver.
