Garett Estadt is an experienced engineer with a robust background in process, fermentation, and energy engineering. Currently serving as a Process Engineer at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc. since March 2023, Garett previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Mango Materials, where responsibilities included supervising engineering teams and overseeing pilot plant projects. Prior experience includes significant roles at Chevron, where Garett managed capital projects and energy efficiency initiatives, and contributed to the commissioning of chemical processing units. Earlier experience also encompasses environmental compliance and operational support in the petroleum refining sector. Garett holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering from Penn State University.
