Ksenia Timachova

Ksenia Timachova is an experienced engineer with a strong background in chemical engineering and extensive research experience. Currently serving as a Process Integration Engineer at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc. since February 2022, Ksenia previously worked at Lam Research in various roles, including Senior Product Development Engineer focused on Equipment Intelligence and Process Engineer specializing in Process Control. Ksenia's academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Research experiences span multiple institutions, including contributions to advancements in solid-state lithium batteries, polymer electronics, and medical applications, with early research roles at renowned organizations such as Pfizer and Rockefeller University.
