Nicholas Fritzinger-Pittman

Nicholas Fritzinger-Pittman is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in equipment engineering and automation. Currently serving as a Senior Equipment Engineer at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc. since July 2020, Nicholas has also held roles as Equipment Engineer and Controls and Automation Engineer within the same company. Prior experience includes a position as Mechanical and Ocean Engineer at the Australian Institute of Marine Science, focusing on the development of underwater autonomous robots and imaging technology for coral reef preservation. Nicholas began a professional journey at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc. as an Equipment Team Intern in 2018, and has academic foundations from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering was earned in 2020, along with earlier education at Henry W. Grady High School.
