Xavier Gaillard

Xavier GAILLARD has extensive experience in leadership and corporate governance, currently serving as Vice-President of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the CSR Committee at SILAB since October 2011, as well as Deputy General Director focusing on Strategy and CSR. Previously, from April 2003 to September 2011, Xavier GAILLARD held the position of Director of International Operations EMEA at DEKRA Industrial, where responsibilities included executive committee membership and administration of subsidiaries across several countries. Xavier GAILLARD also served as Secretary General and was part of the Executive Board at DEKRA Industrial S.A. Academically, Xavier GAILLARD holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Ottawa and a certificate in Corporate Governance from Sciences Po Executive Education, along with a degree from NEOMA Business School.
