Marion Georges

Marion Georges is a UX Researcher at Silae since May 2022. Prior to Silae, Marion worked as an ergonomist and UX design consultant at Sogilis Lyon from November 2016 to May 2022, assisting users in articulating their needs and helping Product Owners prioritize features based on user value. Marion's earlier experience includes serving as an ergonomist at Cegid Group from December 2013 to November 2016, where responsibilities involved conducting semi-structured interviews, analyzing workplace activities, performing heuristic audits of interfaces, creating functional mock-ups, and conducting user testing both in lab and field settings. Marion holds a Master's degree in Ergonomics, Human Factors, and Information Systems Engineering from Aix-Marseille University (2011-2013), a Bachelor's degree in Ergonomics and Occupational Physiology from Université Henri Poincaré, Nancy 1 (2010-2011), and an IUT degree in Hygiene, Safety, and Environment from Université de Caen Normandie.
