Martin Kull is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and growth management. Currently serving as COO & Global Growth Manager at Silen since January 2022, Martin previously held leadership roles at Standard from May 2010 to October 2021, including Member of the Management Board and Head of Business Development, focusing on sustainable solutions in the furniture and room concept industry. Martin also contributed as Head of Business Development and Head of Office Furniture Division at Standard Latvia SIA during the same period. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at Thulema AS from February 2005 to March 2010. Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, earned from 2003 to 2007.
