Currently serving as the Head of Quality EMEA at Silent-Aire Europe since July 2019, James has previously held key positions including Director of Operations at ECD Engineering Solutions Limited and Production Manager at CME Industrial Specialists Ltd, contributing to projects adhering to standards such as EN 1090 and ISO 9001:2015. With a strong educational background that includes a Master of Science in Strategic Quality Management from the University of Limerick and multiple degrees in mechatronics and metal fabrication, James combines technical expertise with a commitment to quality excellence.
