Avital Shulstein

Avital Shulstein has over 20 years of work experience in human resources and psychology. Avital began their career in 2000 as a Psychologist and Account Manager at adam-milo. In 2004, they moved to Eastman Kodak as a Recruitment and HR Generalist. In 2006, they took on a role as an HR Cross-Organizational Project Manager at Applied Materials. From 2008 to 2012, they were a Divisional HR at Amdocs, where they managed 1-2 employees, provided strategic consulting to managers, and was part of the divisional management. From 2012 to 2014, they were an HR Business Partner at Applied Materials, where they had full responsibility of HR activity, led organizational change, and managed HR advisors. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an HR Director and Israel HR Manager at Cadence Design Systems, where they were a global HR staff member and implemented global HR processes. Finally, they have been the Head of HR at Silentium Ltd. since 2018.

Avital Shulstein completed an MA in Organizational Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 1998 and 2000.
