Dino LaPaglia, MBA, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dino began their career as a Staff Accountant at Blum Shapiro & Co. in 1998, where they worked until 2000. In 2000, they joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate. Dino then moved to TE Connectivity in 2003, where they held various roles, including Corporate Audit Sr. Manager, Director of Finance & Accounting (FP&A), Director of Business Development Analysis, and Director of Finance & Global Controller - DAT Business Unit. LaPaglia joined Silgan Containers in 2017 as a Controller before being promoted to VP of Finance & Corporate Controller in 2023.
