Talal El-Chichakli has a well-established work experience in various sales roles. In 2001, they worked as a Sales North-/Eastern Austria at Pentax Medical/Andre Medizintechnik. In 2002, they moved to Leica Microsystems as a Sales Manager for Austria's Life Science division. After that, in 2006, they became the Sales Manager for OMEGA and Swatch Group Austria. In 2007, Talal joined OMEGA SA as an Area Sales Manager for the Middle East and South East Europe. Finally, in 2009, they became the Regional Sales Director for Silhouette International.

Talal El-Chichakli completed a Co-Active Coaching program at The Coaches Training Institute - CTI in 2013. Prior to this, they pursued a degree in Advertising and Sales at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). Talal El-Chichakli also obtained a degree in Precision Engineering from the College for Mechatronics, where they studied from 1994 to 1999.
