Doug Kilponen

Doug Kilponen is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operational management and strategic growth across various industries. Currently serving as a Partner at Silicon Foundry, Doug provides innovation advisory services and connects organizations with startups and technology executives. In addition, Doug is actively mentoring at Techstars and Alchemist Accelerator. Previously, Doug held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Grin Gaming, where significant fundraising efforts led to substantial business scaling and profitability. Other notable roles include serving as Executive in Residence at Operate, Head of SMB at Nextdoor, and COO at both Wanderful Media and MerchantCircle, where Doug drove growth and turnaround strategies.
