Previously, he worked as an associate at PwC in their M&A consulting practice, providing insights to private equity and corporate clients on M&A transactions, divestitures, and restructurings. He holds a Bachelors from UC Santa Barbara, a Masters from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and is a California-licensed CPA. Melvin lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoys spending his time connecting with the outdoors.
