Arif Adoni

Arif Adoni is a seasoned professional in system engineering and product development with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of System Engineering at Silicon Labs since September 2024, Arif previously held the position of Head of Product Engineering at Bharti Airtel, overseeing B2C and B2B initiatives in various technologies, including GPON, 5G, and IoT. Arif co-founded Watercloud Technologies Pvt Ltd, focusing on home automation and smart metering from January 2017 to September 2019. Additionally, Arif was the Director of Engineering at Smartron and held the role of Director Customer Engineering at INEDA SYSTEMS, working within the ODM/OEM ecosystem. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Gulbarga University.
