Brenda Fahrenholz

Brenda Fahrenholz has extensive experience in global people operations, compensation, benefits, and human resources, with a notable tenure at companies such as Silicon Labs, HomeAway.com, Jenkens & Gilchrist, and Motorola. At Silicon Labs, Fahrenholz served as Senior Director, Global People Operations, and previously held the title of Director in the same department. During the time at HomeAway.com, Fahrenholz was instrumental in guiding the company from private status to IPO and exit while establishing comprehensive compensation and benefits policies. In earlier roles at Jenkens & Gilchrist, Fahrenholz managed compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS for 1,500 employees, and at Motorola, played a key role in developing compensation strategies for over 11,000 employees globally.
