Hans Magnusson

Hans Magnusson has extensive experience in validation engineering, currently serving as an Associate Staff Validation Engineer at Silicon Labs since September 2018. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Product Validation at SunPower Corporation, Director of Product Validation at Solarbridge Technologies, and System Validation Expert as an Independent Consultant. Hans has also held key positions such as Director of Systems Engineering at SMSC, where responsibilities included developing validation plans for USB technology, and Senior MTS Systems Engineering at Advanced Micro Devices, focusing on system validation for multiple generations of X86 processors. Earlier in the career, Hans interned at Ericsson. Hans holds a Master of Science in Engineering Physics with a major in Computer Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, earned between 1978 and 1985.
