Matt Dibb

Matt Dibb is a Principal Applications Engineer at Silicon Labs, with a career spanning over two decades in technical program management and applications engineering. Matt has led various customer engagement initiatives within the IoT division, providing strategic support and driving customer success across multiple design programs, including Industrial, Commercial, and Smart Cities sectors. Dibb has experience managing global teams and coordinating across various organizational functions such as R&D, Product Management, and Sales. Prior to Silicon Labs, Dibb contributed to Ember Corp. as a Senior Applications Engineer and held engineering roles at Sky-Skan, Inc. and ABB Inc. Dibb holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
