Issac Vaughn

Currently the chief operating officer at Zenefits, Issac has more than 20 years of experience both representing and working for high-growth technology companies.

Before joining Zenefits, Issac served in various roles at Ooyala, including general counsel, head of corporate development, and CEO.

Prior to Ooyala, Issac was a founding partner of Bennu Venture Group, a stage-agnostic venture capital firm that invests in disruptive and rapidly growing enterprises. Issac was also the managing director of SC Investments Consulting, a boutique angel investment and consulting company where he managed a sports media company and other ventures.

Earlier in his career, Issac was a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practiced for 14 years and represented technology pioneers associated with virtually every milestone innovation.

Issac holds a JD from the University of Michigan and a BS in Economics from Santa Clara University.
